“The two most important factors to us are list price strategy and trust in our relator having our best interest in mind. Charles has a solid understanding of the local market and fair comparables. He gave us a pretty tight ($7K) range of what we can expect to sell our property for and we came right in the middle of expectations. This requires a lot of skill to do given the current market, but helped a lot with our planning and decision making. There was also a two week period after we just dropped our list price and we had zero showings. We were starting to panic and thinking of reducing price again and Charles counselled us to be patient and hold. “The two most important factors to us are list price strategy and trust in our relator having our best interest in mind. Charles has a solid understanding of the local market and fair comparables. He gave us a pretty tight ($7K) range of what we can expect to sell our property for and we came right in the middle of expectations. This requires a lot of skill to do given the current market, but helped a lot with our planning and decision making. There was also a two week period after we just dropped our list price and we had zero showings. Having spent ten plus years in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Mindy decided to make a career change following her passion to pursue Real Estate full-time. With a background in GIS and an Honours Degree in Geography, she’s always had an interest in real estate and urban planning and development. Growing up in a household with a father who excelled in the Real Estate industry, she has the wealth of knowledge, skillset and background to achieve success quickly in her exciting new career path as a Real Estate Agent in Calgary. With this experience, Mindy plans to specialize in all facets of real estate including new builds, condominiums, detached homes, townhomes, land, commercial and fine homes and estates.
Mindy was raised in Ontario but has lived in Calgary for 11 years after marrying her husband who was born and raised in this great city.
